How We Make It
Our R EPS is engineered using an advanced process that supports 10–100% recycled polystyrene (PS) content, enabling efficient reprocessing of post-consumer and industrial waste. The material benefits from an optimised foaming formula, resulting in fine, uniformly distributed EPS cells with intact walls that deliver excellent strength and thermal insulation. Through homogeneous mixing under supercritical conditions, blowing agents and PS are consistently blended for superior quality. A continuous high-pressure pelletizing process ensures the production of uniform EPS beads without the need for pre-expansion, enhancing processing efficiency and product consistency.
